Muslim boxer ‘shocked by all the hate’ after posting Merry Christmas message on social media

British Muslim boxer Amir Khan hit back at online critics who bashed him for posting a photo on Christmas day of him and his family dressed in festive clothes.

Khan, an Olympic silver medalist, posted the picture of him, his wife Faryal Makhdoom, and their two daughters in pyjama bottoms and T-shirts that said ‘Daddy Deer.’

“So shocked by all the hate I’m getting on my Twitter & instagram for wishing everyone Merry Christmas and posting a picture with my family in Christmas outfits. Just want to tell those people ‘I don’t give a f**k’”
