TEXAS – A shooting at a Texas church this morning has left at least two dead and another injured. The church is at White Settlement, eight miles west of Fort Worth.
Photos and videos of live stream images from the West Freeway Church of Christ have appeared online.
Here, I annotated the image, the shooter in black trench coat and black hat is wielding a shotgun (red arrow) and the good guy with a gun (green arrow) shoots him. Somewhere there is a video of all this. #WhiteSettlement #texas #activeshooter pic.twitter.com/ePW5lHhI2y— NYC Traffic Fail (@TrafficFailNYC) December 29, 2019
According to local media, the shooter opened fire during communion and another armed member of the congregation shot the suspect.
The live stream of the service, which is now unavailable, showed people ducking for cover behind pews. Media posted a screenshot of the live stream. It’s not clear, however, where the screenshot originated.

At this time we are not showing the video from the shooting. In it you see a person near the front with a gun. Shots are fired. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, a second died en route to the hospital and a third victim is in critical condition, according to ambulance services.
Some reports say it was an armed member of the congregation that shot the suspect and other reporters say it was a security guard at the church.
