VIDEO: Lawyers at Justice Centre say COVID restrictions are unjustified violation of Charter of Rights & Freedoms

CALGARY – The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms is filing court actions in five provinces to end the Charter-violating lockdowns.

The lawyers say they will bring scientific evidence that COVID-19 is not the unusually deadly killer that the politicians and chief medical officers have made it out to be.

The lawyers filed a court application against B.C. They are also suing Alberta and Manitoba. They expect to file against a court action against Saskatchewan by Jan. 31. They are also filing an action against Ontario.
