Montrealers chant #liberté stand against government imposed restrictions despite freezing cold

MONTREAL, QC – Thousands of Quebecers protested in Montreal Saturday against covid health measures such as the curfew and expansion of the vaccine passport.

The Quebec government are forcing residents to have a third dose of the shot to be considered fully “vaccinated.”

“We are here today because we know that enough is enough and we want our rights and freedoms back,” said Maxime Bernier, leader of the federal People’s Party of Canada on Twitter. Bernier called for an end to the 10 p.m. curfew and vaccine mandates.

“There is no convincing case for compulsory covid vaccinations,” he tweeted. “Mandatory vaccine policies are a blunt tool aimed at covering up government ineptitude.”
